I've been using concentic and I have no complaints. There were some
delays in getting the install done, but they were mostly due to the
phone company not getting things right the first couple times.
Just found out that NEXTLINK and Concentric merged and NEXTLINK became
XO Communications in September of last year. There's a press release
about it on their site - http://www.xo.com/news/28.html They certainly
managed a smooth transition, I didn't even notice.
