Hi Janel,

When you set up an email account entry in the directory of accounts, the last 
item in that list of things to fill in is authentication.  I believe the 
default is no.  Try 
changing that setting by either setting it to yes if it's no or no if it's yes 
and see if that helps.  

This authentication business seems to be getting a bit tricky with some 
providers.
