You might try setting the arrival distance in the GPS Options to something more than 50 feet. Given the speed of a car, I doubt the Braille Note can keep up with all the new points of interest when you are 50 feet from them. I would try 150 feet and if it still isn't telling you enough, try a bit more.

Hi Folks:

I was traveling with my wife for a drive of approximately 50 miles. I wanted my BrailleNote GPS to automatically tell me the names of all of the streets and points of interest as we passed them. I did not want to create a rout since I was simply monitoring the progress of the drive. If the car stopped an an intersection, the GPS system would give me appropriate information. As long as the car was moving, however, it was necessary for me to constantly query the system for the information. I checked and rechecked the look around option however, I was unable to resolve my problem.

Am I doing something wrong or is what I am trying to do not possible.

By the way, my satellitereading was very good for the entire drive.

Thanks all over the place gang.
