Here is the link to the ACB Radio site.  Then, several links down on this
page, there will be
the four links to each of the pages for the ACB Radio's four different
streams.  Then, when you activate the link for one of these pages, you would
want to choose the option to listen with Winamp.  To find the link for the
first page, you might search for connect to ACB Radio main stream.  And, oh,
now that I check a bit further, I can readily see that the second and fourth
streams, meaning the cafe and interactive streams, do indeed have modem
streams.  Now,

Yes, if the stream is too large, i.e.  is designed for a
broadband
receiver (Cable or DSL), you will get intermittant reception
characterized by the stream starting and stopping or other weird
noises.

If memory serves, I think the ACB radio stream has a stream
suitable for dial-up listeners and if you make that choice,
you'll get  a pretty good version of the stream if a bit less
high fedelity.
