Chad, I'm definitely not Jonathan, <grin>. Yes, 5.1 to 7.0
probably is the problem.

Subject: re: [Braillenote] address book and keysync
Hello Jonathon
This has been a frustrating problem.
Kevin Hughes was here visiting last week. We tried this all over
again. He felt that since we didn't realize I had Outlook
express
that that was the problem. So he tried it on his machine. It did
the
same thing. It has no errors and it says it synced so many
contacts.
But then in outlook they are not there. It is frustrating.
Could it be that I am trying to do this from 5.1 to 7?
Thanks

Hi Chad, do you recall if you received any errors when doing the
synchronisation? KeySync should tell you how many contacts were
synchronised. Do you recall if you got this information?
Jonathan.

Subject: [Braillenote] address book and keysync
Hello,
I recently recieved a new braillenote with keysoft 7.
I am trying to sync my contacts from my old unit to the new one.
I used keysync (the older version) and synced my contacts to the
computer. I then used the newer version of keysync and synced
them
back to my new unit.
The problem is that now when I go in to address book and try to
look
up an address nothing is there.
Did they sync or not? Did they save somewhere else than the
keylist folder?
