Hi Don, Unfortunately, I do not have another SD card that is smaller than 512 MB. I only have the one card. What is interesting is that I installed 7.0 with this card so I am not sure why I am having diffulty now. Thanks, Tiffany

It's my understanding that the updating process itself is controlled within windows ce which is why there is a limit on the maximum size of sd card you can use for the upgrade. Also, I think that installer is rather particular about the specific cards you attempt to upgrade from, and it wouldn't surprise me if your card is what's giving the problem. It seems to me I recall someone trying to upgrade to either 7.0 or 7.1 and having the same problem you are now having. They solved it by using a different card. It sounds like you are doing everything just as you should.
