I had to phone into hw this afternoon to learn that my unit was shipped yesterday so I should have it tomorrow but, sadly no e-mail to let me know of this. *sigh*

Hello,
When they take all of your information down in the beginning they will ask
you for an email address.
When the unit is ready to ship back, once it has gone to UPs they will send
you a email telling you it has been shipped with the tracking number.
this is something that Humanware has set up with UPs it is not something
that Humanware does.  A lot of companies are going to this, but it is not
the company that does it they set it up with UPs to send you the tracking
number once it has been shipped.

  Robert, there's just one thing I'd like to know, and I'm sure
I'm not alone! How did you work it to get HumanWare to email you
when your unit was shipped back? How did you get them to send you
a tracking number? It seems that you are the exception to the
rule!!
