I hope I can write this email in such a way that it will make sense. There are a couple of ways that can help reduce the "not enough storage" difficulties. The first one I will mention is getting rid of "ghost email".

1.  From Main Menu, press A, S, S.

2.  Press Backspace, (Ctrl D to get to the "Drive List" prompt.

3.  Go to the Flash Drive and press Enter.

4.  At the "Folder Name" prompt, go to the Keymail folder.

5. At the "Keylist Filename" prompt, go to Email Folders and press Enter.

6. At the "Keylist Options Menu" prompt, go to "Free Database Space and press Enter.

7.  Go back to Main Menu.

8. Press the letter A. You will see "Keylist Filename? Press Enter for Email Folders.

9.  Press Enter.  You will see "Keylist Menu."

10. Press Space twice to get to the "Lookup Address" prompt. Press Enter.

11. You will get a "Please Wait" prompt, then you will see "Selection List for Email Folders.

12.  Space down to the "Date Received" prompt.  Press Enter.

13. Press dots 456-chord, (Read with B. If it is blank, press dots 2356-chord, (Ctrl 8. You will see "Delete Record, sure?" You will press Y.

14. You will repeat this process until a date shows up. When you see your first date, go back to Main Menu.

15.  From Main Menu, press A.  You will see "Keylist Filename?"

16.  Press Backspace, (Ctrl D) to get to the "Drive List" prompt.

17.  Go to your Flash Drive, and to the "Keylist Folder."

18.  Go to "Address List."

19. Go to "Lookup address" and press Enter. You will be back to your "Selection list for address list" prompt.

In this next set of instructions, make sure you don't have attachments in an email that you want to save. Move them somewhere if you want to do this next process.

1. From the Main Menu, press F for File Manager, and F for Folder Manager.

2.  Press E for Erase a folder.

3. You will see "Erase Folder On Which Drive?" Press F for the Flash Drive.

4. You will see "Folder to Erase?" Press dots 2345-chord, (Ctrl T). You will see "Directory to Erase?"

5.  Go to your Keymail Folder and press Enter.

6. At the "Directory to Erase" prompt, space down to "Attachments." Press Enter.

7. You will see "Directory to Erase" /keymail/attachments. You will be asked if you are sure you want to erase them. If you are sure, press Y.
