An issue has been identified associated KeySoft 7.5 Build 18 in relation to emptying the email Trash Folder.
Users should not clear their Trash Folder on exiting KeyMail, as in such instances the email in the folder you have previously been working in will be erased instead. For example, if you have been working in your in-box and have emails in the Trash Folder, if you choose to empty the Trash Folder on exiting KeyMail, you will erase all email that is currently in your in-box. As this is a significant issue we have temporarily removed KeySoft 7.5, build 18 from the download page. We apologise for the inconvenience.
