Hi, I am just going on what I was told and I will look up the original email tomorrow but it is on my PC and I have a really busy day today and don't have time to look for it at the moment.

The latest time mine crashed I had next to nothing on the flash drive but I was getting the reading of no space on the flash drive. I was trying to work out why I hd no space when there was nothing saved on the drive when it totally crashed. So now it is at humanware and it has been there for about three weeks now and that is another thing I will do tomorrow is chase up what is happening to it.

Well better go.

That's kind of curious about the fix not being the correct
procedure to
follow anymore. As for myself, grin, not wanting to give up my
PK and
already knowing the fix procedure, I've been just going ahead and
taking
care of mine. I guess this happens to me two or three times a
year, and I
blame it on trying to cram too much on the disk, although I of
course don't
know that is really what causes this to happen.

Hi, this has happened to my PK a few times and the only permanent
solution is to send it back to Humanware. I was told about a way
to bring it back on this list when it first happened to me but I
was contacted by a staff member of Humanware and told not to do
it because it isn't the way to fix it anymore. I was given a
temporary fix but even after that I had to send it back for a
permanent fix.

So sorry to say but it has to go back to humanware.
