I suggest she try a different adapter (must be a braillenote adapter) because hers might have shorted out at some point. It happens sometimes, and when it does, there's really nothing you can do but get a different adapter. HTH.

Subject: [Braillenote] battery problem

Hello list, I am writing this in behalf of a friend.
She just purchased a bn bt more-power from an individual who
claimed it has never been out of the box.
When she received it she put it on the charger for 48 hours.
After the 48 hours it had a charge of only 14 percent.
She used it a little and now it will not charge at all.
Does anyone have a suggesttion for her?
I thank you in advance for your help.

Carol
