Sounds like a problem with the USB driver even in KeySoft 7.5 build 28. Try writing to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and hopefully they can either come up with a patch for you and your student or will include the fix in the next release. At least it is recognized when you do a reset with the USB stick in the Mpower under KS 7.5 build 28. Brian Brian K.
