Does it work if you insert the thumb drive before turning on the
BrailleNote?
I think you meant to insert devices after the BN is on, however,
I have a wireless card which only works if I put it in before, or
reset after I have inserted it with the machine on.
If it does work like that in yours, but not in your students,
could they upgrade?
(Don't know how much that would cost).

Subject: [Braillenote] usb thumb drive
Good evening, A student of mine has a 1 gig Pny Usb thumb drive.
He is able to access files using the computer and his Pac Mate.
However, his BrailleNote Mpower running KS 7.2 build 48 does not
recognize it. My BrailleNote Mpower running KS 7.5 build 28 also
does not recognize it unless I do a reset with the thumb drive in
the machine. What is our problem, and what can we do about it?
