Shane, you need to do a 45 reset for the
upgrade, rather than a 456 reset. That
should clear it up for you. Good luck.

upgrading from ks7.5 build 28 to ks
7.5build 29.
I've attempted several times to upgrade
keysoft to version 7.5 build 29 from
ks7.5 build 28 following the
instructions on the website with no
success.
After preparing the SD Card on the
braille note, copying nk.bin to the sd
card using my sd card reader, inserting
the SD card in the braille note, and
performing a dots 45 reset to initiate
the upgrade proceess the braille note
just sit their and does nothing after
the initial musical tones, and i get no
braille feedback.
Ideas?
