Hi Dona, Nice to see you heere. You need an SD card (between 64 and 5123 MB) for the upgrade. You'll also need the upgrade nk.bin file, which you can download it from HumanWare website (follow the link that says about build 29 and you should get it). Some people suggested that you shop nline for an SD card since major stores stopped selling cards under 1 GB. Cheers, Joseph
