Well, here is the  explanation of Windows CE 4.2 and Bluetooth. Windows CE
4.2 didn't officially support Bluetooth so HumanWare had to write its own
hacked stack for Bluetooth. This explains why it is supported but a bit
buggey at times.

Hi all

Despite a good deal of effort I have never managed to get my BN to act as a
braille terminal with my Dell laptop using bluetooth.

I am told that, at least in part, this is the fault of the version of CE
which the braillenote uses, and I hope that in the new version later this
year Humanware will use a newer version of CE which will have much better
Bluetooth support.

I am inclined to believe that CE could be the problem here as my daughter
has just got a Brailliant braille display and that works like a dream with
my laptop!
