 I am definitely not Joseph, smile. If you know your configurations for your 
internet service provider, and if you don't mind getting rid of your email, 
this is what I would do.
 I would copy my address.cdb file on a compact flash or Sd card so that you 
don't lose it. I wouldn't back up the other things, just in case they are 
corrupt. I would delete my Keylist and Keymail folder, then do a reset before 
going to the Main Menu. They will be reconstructed, then you can move back your 
address.cdb file. Then, remember that you will get the prompt emailfolder.cdb 
doesn't exist. You'll be asked if you want to creat one. The same thing will 
happen with your "directory of account" service. Let us know how you do.
