Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for all the help regarding returning the BN to the factory 
settings.  You have no idea how grateful I am for your help because I did 
contact tech support and was told that I'd have to delete one file at a time.  
Of course this sounded outrageous and that's when I remembered the list.  
Please, will you indulge me with another question?  I'm so sorry I'm truly 
technologically ignorant.  *smile*  Is it necessary that I purchase the WI-FI 
card from Humanware?  Thank you so very much again for your assistance.  Oh, 
perhaps it may help if I mention that the MPower is running Keysoft version 7.5.
