This does matter about your card. What build number are you running?

Thank you so much for all the help regarding returning the BN to the factory
settings. You have no idea how grateful I am for your help because I did
contact tech support and was told that I'd have to delete one file at a
time. Of course this sounded outrageous and that's when I remembered the
list. Please, will you indulge me with another question? I'm so sorry I'm
truly technologically ignorant. *smile* Is it necessary that I purchase
the WI-FI card from Humanware? Thank you so very much again for your
assistance. Oh, perhaps it may help if I mention that the MPower is running
Keysoft version 7.5.
