Hi Susan-Marie,
Well, it is really up to you to either call HumanWare or search the Internet. My best advice at this point is to first check your KeySoft 7.5 build number. If it is 29, then you can use faster card; if not, then you can use the slower card. After that, I recommend that you call HumanWare to order this card. While you are answering the question, could you mind give us the type of keyboard and number of cells and cursor button type (whether you have a rubber or plastic touch cursor) - just a small favor so that people who are using a particular keyboard type (whether braille or computer style) can answer you better.
Hope it helps.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Thank you and another question

Hi Everyone,
Thank you so much for all the help regarding returning the BN to
the factory settings. You have no idea how grateful I am for your help because I did contact tech support and was told that I'd have to delete one file at a time. Of course this sounded outrageous and that's when I remembered the list. Please, will you indulge me with another question? I'm so sorry I'm truly technologically ignorant. *smile* Is it necessary that I purchase the WI-FI card from Humanware? Thank you so very much again for your assistance. Oh, perhaps it may help if I mention that the MPower is running Keysoft version 7.5.

Respectfully,
Susan-Marie
