Hi Ms. Pearson:

You DO NOT OWE ANYONE AN APOLOGY for expressing your opinion. Each of us--whether you got your Braillenote/MPower/Pk from a rehab service in a state in the United States--or you actually SHELLED OUT the funds to MAKE THE PURCHASES--each of us has a right to get the very best out of our equipment. The Messenger HAD BEEN SO LONG in coming, so why should I now JUMP UP because it is incorporated into Keysoft 8? No PUBLIC BETA made available to the community of users, so how do I know it will even work well until I get it?

My disappointment has to do with the fact that I CANNOT CHANGE MY OWN BATTERIES. Why not? Suppose I live in Pharaoh's Island, where do I go to have my batteries changed?

Why should most major updates only be beneficial to folks living in the United States or Canada? Even Canadians CAN'T USE Bookshare, so what benefits do they derive from much concentration on the service?

Back to square one we are, constantly caught between a rock and a hard place--and the price we pay for it all never seems to get discounted!

Sincerely,
Olusegun
Denver, Colorado
