Hello Kathy:
It dawned on me about something you
said. If you are in an address field of
an email, you are right; you would press
Backspace K. However, if you are in a
text document, you would do as I said,
you'd use the top and bottom block as I
mentioned, then press C. I can see how
those block commands would be confusing,
when there are two different types.
