Here are the steps for QT users:
1. Put your cursor on the first letter of the first word in the block using
the cursor routing keys. If you're using a VoiceNote, use the search
commands to locate the first word of the block.
2. Press control b. When you hear "block commands menu," press the letter
t and you will hear "top of block."
3. Locate the end of the last word. If you're using a VoiceNote, use the
search command to find the beginning of the word and then press right arrow
until you are on the last letter or punctuation mark.
4. Press control b. When you hear "block commands menu," type the letter
b. You will hear, "bottom of block. Block commands menu." Type the letter
c to copy the block to the clipboard or m to move the block to the
clipboard.
5. Locate the place where you want to paste the block. Press control b.
When you hear "block commands menu," type the letter p. You will then hear,
"block pasted."
