Try this: Do a Service Reset by holding down the recording button as you press the reset button which is recessed in a small hole just behind the power switch. Hopefully this will return you to the Main Menu prompt where you can try accessing the file again. Here are the various resets you can do: Simple reset: Just press the reset button. 123 (SDF) reset: press these keys as you press the reset button. 456 (JKL) reset: press these keys as you press the reset button. Service Reset: Press the record button as you press the reset button. The letters in parentheses are the keys to hold down on a QT style keyboard.
