Hi List, I am a grad student and am trying to set up my college email account in keymail. I was advised to use all of the same settings used to set up the account in Outlook Express on a computer. I even upgraded from Keysoft 7.0 to 7.5 b/c the settings required the option for secure connection for pop and smpt servers. But I still cannot send or receive messages. When I try to connect to send or receive mail, I get the message "error connecting to pop server: error 10022."
Humanware tech support told me it was a problem with the email account or the settings were incorrect; it wasn't the braille note. But I have used these settings to successfully set up the same email account in Outlook Express. It sounds like a braille note issue to me.
