Cheree Heppe here: Since SMA's, as I understand it, parse out as one SMA use for one increment of upgrade, there should be no requirement to use multiple SMA's to reach the current status quo.
I'm pretty sure many BrailleNote owners don't have revolving SMA accounts with unlimited renewals and just hope to stay current, or at least achieve what passes for parity in the blindness gadgetry market. If some of this went on in the open market, the product would go the way of the dodo bird. Hi Mike and All: Well, if adapting the Keysoft Software to a newer OS is what is required, then HW owes it to its customers to do it, especially if this will help address some of the requests and suggestions that have been put forward. Yes, this may require more than one SMA count, but so be it. HW needs to keep up with its competition.
