When sending email, the bn prompts "Save a copy?" To save a copy, press y.
Press n if you do not want to save a copy. As far as database space, the bn
has a bad habit of not actually deleting emails and attachments. It is a
good idea to periodically use keylist to check the actual database , as I
have had all email folders empty before, but still had emails in the
database. Same with the attachments folder, which is Flash
Disk\Keymail/Attachments.

Subject: [Braillenote] Sent Emails

Hi helpful friends,

Will someone tell me what determines when an email goes into the Sent
folder? I have absolutely no idea. Today I was having a problem emptying my
trash folder, so I decided to go into my sent folder. There were four small
emails in there. I deleted them.
That seemed to help. I was having trouble freeing my database too until I
did that.

Just now I sent four emails. I decided to look in my sent folder and there
was one in there. Just one. And, to be honest, I don't remember if it was
one of the four I just sent or if it was from before.

Would like your thoughts.

Thanks so much.

Linda S.
