When sending email, the bn prompts "Save a copy?" To save a copy, press y. Press n if you do not want to save a copy. As far as database space, the bn has a bad habit of not actually deleting emails and attachments. It is a good idea to periodically use keylist to check the actual database , as I have had all email folders empty before, but still had emails in the database. Same with the attachments folder, which is Flash Disk\Keymail/Attachments.
