Hi, also when you delete a message from any of your own folders it will ask if you want to delete from this folder or send to trash. If you select from this folder then a copy will still be found in the sent or received folder depending on the message, it will also still be in your all folder.

Subject: re: [Braillenote] Sent Emails

Hello Linda.

The e-mails sent folder only stores e-mails which you decided you
wanted to keep a copy of. You select a folder yourself, where
you want it to go, and it will save it into your chosen folder,
but it will also keep an additional copy in the sent folder.

Similarly, the e-mails received folder will store copies of
e-mails which you have received and kept in other chosen folders.

This can be very useful if you want to check an e-mail which you
have received, or sent, but you can't remember where it was
stored. Go into the received or sent folder and perform a
search, and you will find it in seconds.

If you are really stuck, and cant remember whether what you are
looking for was in a received or a sent e-mail, then go into the
all folder as this keeps back-up copies of everything you wanted
to keep, whether it was a received or a sent e-mail.

PETER WILKINS.
