You have to be a little careful deleting attachments from that
folder because if an email really is connected to it, you can't
easily then delete that email.
An email needs to be able to find all it's attachment files while
it is being deleted.
If you have taken out an attachment mistakenly, you can create a
file of the same name and extention to placate the email.
You can use KeyList, (and a template), to find what attachment
files apply to which emails.
Regards,
Steve.

When sending email, the bn prompts "Save a copy?" To save a
copy, press y.
Press n if you do not want to save a copy. As far as database
space, the bn
has a bad habit of not actually deleting emails and attachments.
It is a
good idea to periodically use keylist to check the actual
database , as I
have had all email folders empty before, but still had emails in
the
database. Same with the attachments folder, which is Flash
Disk\Keymail/Attachments.

Subject: [Braillenote] Sent Emails
Hi helpful friends,
Will someone tell me what determines when an email goes into the
Sent
folder? I have absolutely no idea. Today I was having a problem
emptying my
trash folder, so I decided to go into my sent folder. There were
four small
emails in there. I deleted them.
That seemed to help. I was having trouble freeing my database
too until I
did that.
Just now I sent four emails. I decided to look in my sent folder
and there
was one in there. Just one. And, to be honest, I don't remember
if it was
one of the four I just sent or if it was from before.
Would like your thoughts.
Thanks so much.
Linda S.
