Hello Stacy:
Was the document composed on your BrailleNote?
What is the file extension - doc, docs, txt, brf,
rtf, or something else?
I would check to find the document name using the
file menu using d and c to listen to the files on
your compact flash card. If it is there, try
opening it from there.
I would try to read the document by putting the CF
card into a PC with a card reader. I might try to
translate the document into another format.

Subject: [Braillenote] keyword trouble
Hello everyone. I tried to open a file in keyword
this morning here at work
and I continue to receive exception edit commands.
2 of them, numbeded 150
and 324. Is there anything I can do to fix this
problem? I have tried
resetting the bn with no success. According to the
drive directory, my
flash disk is still here.
Any advice would be appreciated.
