The problem is probably not the bn. If it is a .docx file, the the bn will
not open it. If it is a .doc file, then the file contains some kind of
formatting (i.e., table, column, textbox, etc) that the bn does not support,
in which case the easiest solution is to open the file, save it as a .txt
file, close it, reopen it, and save as .doc again. The last step helps
preserve some of the formatting, such as line breaks.

Was the document composed on your BrailleNote?
What is the file extension - doc, docs, txt, brf, rtf, or something else?
I would check to find the document name using the file menu using d and c
to listen to the files on your compact flash card. If it is there, try
opening it from there.
I would try to read the document by putting the CF card into a PC with a
card reader. I might try to translate the document into another format.

Hello everyone. I tried to open a file in keyword
this morning here at work
and I continue to receive exception edit commands.
2 of them, numbeded 150
and 324. Is there anything I can do to fix this
problem? I have tried
resetting the bn with no success. According to the
drive directory, my
flash disk is still here.
Any advice would be appreciated.
