What is the type of the file? Try Hard Reset (Reset with DOTS
4-5-f/JKL) and see what happens.

Subject: [Braillenote] keyword trouble
Hello everyone. I tried to open a file in keyword this morning
here at work
and I continue to receive exception edit commands. 2 of them,
numbeded 150
and 324. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem? I have
tried
resetting the bn with no success. According to the drive
directory, my
flash disk is still here.
Any advice would be appreciated.
