Good Day:

The apex does charge, but, like most devices, it charges much more slowly while in use. Consequently, instead of the usual four hours required to fully charge a completely discharged battery, it takes eight hours to complete this process if the apex is on.

Subject: [Braillenote] apex not charging

Hi there,
My apex doesn't seem to charge when it's switched on. Has anyone else had this problem?
