I have been reading the list for a few months and this is my
first post. I have an mPower QT32 at work and an Apex QT at home.
I have noticed that battery charging on the Apex works in
mysterious ways. I also get the 39% after 11% has already
appeared on the battery level. However, I think with the charger
plugged in, and if the level is above 90% the Apex doesn't charge
the battery further. It says in the manual that this saves
charging cycles on the battery. So I think if for some reason
like the charger accidentally gets disconnected for a second or
two, the battery starts to discharge if it is over 90%. It
doesn't start charging more until the battery is below 90%. I
could be wrong, but that is my best guess.
Hope this helps. I get the digest version of the list so sorry if
someone has already posted on this.
