Hi,
Ah, the networking message. Just ignore it - no harm there.
Cheers,

Hi Joseph,
I want to thank you for your advice about the charging of the
Apex. One thing I noticed. When it got below 50 percent I could
not go to the e-mail or internet. When it charged I had no
problem. There was some kind of a message saying could not find
windows and I did not get the rest of the messaje something about
cast services. Anyway, it is working fine now.

Hi,
I've seen this prinblem early on when I used an Apex. Try a Hard
Reset when the Apex is connected to AC power to reinitialize the
battery meter, then use your BrailleNote on batteries until it
goes almost flat then charge it (that should settle the battery
meter dispute between you and your BrailleNote).
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi all,
I have something interesting, not a big deal but just a little
perplexed. I went away for the weekend a couple of weekends ago,
and the battery went completely down. I plugged the machine in,
and started using it again but I have not been able to get it up
to 100 percent. I always use the machine plugged in. When I
take the plug out to check the battery power it consistently says
94 percent. Just wondering why it does not get up to 100
percent. Any thoughts folks.

Good Day:
The apex does charge, but, like most devices, it charges much
more slowly
while in use. Consequently, instead of the usual four hours
required to
fully charge a completely discharged battery, it takes eight
hours to
complete this process if the apex is on.

Hi there,
My apex doesn't seem to charge when it's switched on. Has
anyone else
had this problem?
