If I remember correctly, it's 4-5-6 with the reset button.
As Joseph has mentioned in past messages, there may be others that aren't
documented in Appendix C of the Apex manual. He's reluctant to mention them
and their specific keystrokes, as he doesn't want to be legally responsible
for anything adverse that may happen to anybody who tries them. I understand
that but I disagree with it, as disclosure of any undocumented procedure can
be quite beneficial. Looking at it from a legal standpoint, whoever tries it
must assume a certain amount of risk and take responsibility if anything
goes awry, not Joseph or anybody else. . Caveat emptur, I say.
