Well, grin, I rarely create folders on the Apex, choosing to save important emails on the PC. But, you might try this: download some email. Then, choose an email from within your inbox folder, and you can either be reading from within the message, or just be at that message within the email list. Then, go to the email action menu with space with dots 2 6. Then, for example, go to move this email to another folder and press enter. Then, at the move this email to which folder prompt, type a folder name and press enter. Then, answer yes at the folder does not exist prompt. You will then hear that one email has been moved, as well as find your new folder in the folder list. So, and someone can sure correct me here, but looks like you actually have to have email downloaded to work with before you can create new folders.
