The 1-2-3 reset isn't good! I've heard it's reY not good. I
would do the 4-5-6 reset first.

You can do two things. First, try pressing reset with dots 1-2-3
held down and dots 4-5-6 held down. Second, if neither of the
resets work, call Humanware. In case you don't have their
number, you can call them at (1800) 722-3393.
