Before any of these resets, please back up your data. I doubt you'd lose anything, but it never hurts. Also, I can't remember which reset it is, but one will get rid of any extra software you have installed (gps, nemeth tutorial, dictionary) so, if you do it, make sure you still have the license files. In fact, I would just call hw first so that they can provide steps to help and are there (well, sort of) to watch if you have to do any sort of hard reset.
