Hi Christina,
when I get those messages you were talking about, it means that
the database for the e-mail is full. The database can only hold
approximately 16.5 mb of messages which is between 2000 to 2200
e-mails. When that happens, nothing works. I usually don't empty
my trash folder until I get those messages and using e-mail gets
impossible!! By the way, when this happens you will find you also
can't move e-mails from folder to folder. After deleting unwanted
e-mails, emptying the trash and freeing up database space,
operations go back to normal.
If you need any specific directions, let me know. Hope this gets
your e-mail arriving again.

Hi all,
I am having a problem with my Keymail when receiving messages.
When I type y and then it says "receiving message 1 of (number of
messages)", after each message I get an error message that does
not
make sense:
"error receiving message: the operation completed successfully."
I hit space with H when I first got this and my options were
space
with e and enter.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem or what could be
causing it.
Keymail was working yesterday morning and this started last night
out
of nowhere.
