Hi Chris,

Well, every time I have received this message, it is because the database is too full and popping its buttons. I would sure rather try what I do first than delete the whole database. But I almost always have some e-mails in there I wouldn't want to lose. I do eventually save then outside of keymail as text files, but not always when an e-mail arrives.

This has happened to me, and Humanware told me that my Keymail
database was corrupted, and told me to delete and recreate the
email database, which fixed the problem.

Hi all,
I am having a problem with my Keymail when receiving messages.
When I type y and then it says "receiving message 1 of (number of
messages)", after each message I get an error message that does
not
make sense:
"error receiving message: the operation completed successfully."
I hit space with H when I first got this and my options were
space
with e and enter.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem or what could be
causing it.
Keymail was working yesterday morning and this started last night
out
of nowhere.
