Hi Brian,
Just push hard on the button slightly in front of and beneath the
storage card slot. They tend to be rather sticky sometimes, so push hard and
the card should come out a little bit. When the button is fully depressed,
and the card has come out a little bit, it should be able to be pulled
gently from the Braille-Note. Note that, as you know, when the card is
inserted, the button comes out, as does a disk drive on the computer.Hope this Helps, Caitlin
