That's a good idea, Lisa, since they ask for our email addresses to put in
their database. It would certainly be more reliable than sending it free
matter for the blind. Hmmm, I wonder how it would work if we had to reply
yes or no, as to whether we wanted to renew our contracts. That way they'd
have an idea of whether or not we'd gotten the notice. But they probably
don't have enough staff to monitor who has and hasn't responded. I'm just
brainstorming to try to figure out a way we can cut down on having happen
what happened to me, where I was totally sure that I had a contract, then
found out I didn't, at the time I needed it most.
