Jonathan, the main thing I'd say is that they shouldn't send out the
reminders free matter for the blind (if in fact they really do send them
out at all). I'd rather see it sent with regular postage, even if there is
a Braille reminder to renew in the envelope. I somehow think free matter
stuff doesn't get sent as reliably as stuff with postage on it. Of course
another wonderful option would be to get a reminder by email for those who
are online.
