Hi, Roselle. When I first got my unit, the highest I got was 32 thousand plus. I was told by someone in tech support that the highest number he had ever seen was 33 thousand. He told me that when putting a battery into a bn, if that d number was lower than 26 thousand, that that was considered a bad battery.
But Mine was never near 39000.
Mine was 32000 plus when I got it a month ago. It now shows 31,488 and I have 21 percent charge left.
In a few days, I will just have had my unit for a month.

No Kellie, that's normal. Actually, that's low. My BN right now reports a value of 33,280 and when I first had the new batteries, it said 39,996. I notice that when that number is low, the charge also doesn't last long. You see, the value reported is likewise the nominal available charge at 100% for that fully charged session. When my BN's first set of batteries had to be replaced, the value reported reached a low of 19 thousand something, even after calibrating through the speech battery test.
