I would think that the cost to you for a new battery in a month old machine
would be $0.00.  But the issue here, having followed this thread, is the
amount of hours used on the battery between a full charge and a `critical`
warning.  Of course, we will have to wait for your measurements.  If you
find that you are not  getting the 20 to 25 hours specified by PDI, then you
know what the remedy is.
