Hi, Karen, Have you made a practice of freeing up your data space each time you read and erase mail? If you haven't, try that. Go to where you read the emails; then space through until you find the free-up data space; then hit return, and then try getting back to main menu and doing a reset. Maybe after that you can reset your options if you need to. Hope this works. Dean is probably coming in soon. If I'm wrong, he'll set both of us straight. Give it a try. It won't break your system. I'm not getting personal, but do you have lots of books or music stored in there that might slow the system down? Do you have things attached like note cards that you can remove to clean up the system? These little guys are a bit fussy.
