Smile!  Actually, it all started when I could no longer use the email.  I
had tried to forward an email and used an address that was already in my
address book.  Bingo - the BN crashed.  It had to take several calls with
tech to get my email up running again....while I was able to download email
messages, I was till not able to get any out.  Don't quote me but the file
was called something like:

address list.cdc

So!

I talked with the tech support and we found a very devilish hidden file
in
my address book that we had a difficult time erasing!  We finally kicked
it
out for good and all's rosy once again!
