Hi Maria and Kathy,

Maria, thanks for posting this. Kathy, I didn't respond to your inquiry
as I've just returned for the weekend, and just saw your message as I
plow through the hundreds of messages I have. After reading the topics
Maria referred you to, if you still have questions, just ask. By
reading the topics, that's how I learned to set the alarm, and it's
quite straight forward. When you set up an appointment, you'll be asked
if you wish to set an alarm, and by answering yes, you'll be on your
way. Good luck.
Best Regards,

Les

Hi Kathy,
I'm a bit short of time, so here, I'll just tell you relevant parts of
the User Guide you should consult, but if you should still have
questions, post. Go into the Index of your User Guide and select
Planner Topics. Read the sub-topics of Planner Topics entitled
"Alarms", "Recurring Appointments", and "Scheduling Apointments".
Depending on how familiar you are with the Planner, you might want to
look at some other, or all of, the sub-topics of Planner Topics. HTH.
Maria
