This happened to me several weeks ago when I inadvertently deleted the
Email database.
On your Braillenote, go to your Flash Disk, Keymail folder, and look for a
file called Directory of Email Accounts. If this file is not there, go to
your System Disk, Windows folder, and find this file called Directory of
Email Accounts. Copy this file to your Flash disk, Keymail folder. This
should solve your problem.
